2028: “Zero Emission” flight around the world
An extraordinary human and technological adventure: the 1st double-handed non-stop and “zero emission” round-the-world flight! For this historic flight, Raphaël DINELLI will implement technologies combining 15 m3 of liquid hydrogen at -254° (a technique used in space by the thrusters of the Ariane rocket) and solar energy. The system will deliver a total power of 200 kW to traction for a final autonomy of 9 days. An extraordinary challenge that will help prove to the world that it is possible to use only renewable energies to get around.

Concrete technology transfer in the short term
ERAOLE II is part of a buoyant context: the National Strategy for the development of carbon-free hydrogen in France, on the one hand; the ramp-up of ecosystems revolving around mobility and exploring future technologies (on-board hydrogen in aeronautics, naval, etc.), on the other hand. Technological bricks are being put in place, solid locks remain to be broken down, partnerships are forged (Cap Gemini…). So many factors contributing to endowing ERAOLE II with the potential of an ideal demonstrator!

To this end, Raphaël DINELLI is gradually integrating its activities into the heart of the divisions concerned:
Design office for the construction of the prototype with electric traction hybridized with liquid hydrogen and for the implementation of the preparatory stages of its Air World Tour 2027 (The Arch 2022/2023, Vendée Globe 2024, Transatlantic Flight New York-Le Bourget 2027),
Eventual industrialization unit of a two-seater aircraft developed on the basis of Eraole II…
Thus, thanks to Raphaël DINELLI, his ERAOLE II and his E-XPLORER mission, new and concrete low-carbon solutions could be offered in the short term to light aviation (tourism, business, flying clubs) while allowing heavy aviation (airliners, jumbo jets) to get significantly closer!
