Vendée Globe 2024: An extreme preparatory race at sea
A seasoned sailor, Raphaël DINELLI wishes to make his big comeback in the Vendée Globe 2024 (he would become corecordman of the event with 5 participations), in the extreme conditions of this “Everest of the seas”, to aim for a double objective:
- make the energy production that will provide on-board electricity more reliable by combining liquid hydrogen, fuel cell and solar energy, before then transposing it to its ERAOLE II aircraft
- prepare yourself physically and mentally for the ultimate test that will be your “zero emission” world tour in a hybrid electric plane, double-handed and non-stop in 2028!
